How do I become a partner?
Retailers can complete their order directly from the wholesale item page. After placing your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team to ensure satisfaction. Affiliate marketers and non-profit organizations can apply for a partnership by signing up through Bixgrow or contacting us directly. Once approved, you’ll get exclusive access to the affiliate portal to track your commissions.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the lower 48 continental United States. Shipments to Alaska may incur additional charges.
How do I activate them?
Tear open the foil packaging and expose the warmers to air. They will heat up within 5–10 minutes. Gently squeezing and kneading the hand warmer pouches will increase heat production.
How long do they last?
Every package contains a pair (2) of hand warmer pouches, and each pouch provides up to 10 hours of consistent heat once activated by air.
Are they supposed to feel like that?
The pouches contain a mixture of natural compounds and moisture, which may settle over time and result in a kinetic-sand-like or stiffened consistency. Gently manipulating the pouch will soften and break up the compounds and allow the heating process to occur normally.
Are they reusable?
No. Patriot Packs are single-use hand warmers. Used and expired pouches should be disposed of by placing them in the household trash.
What’s the shelf life?
Products purchased between today and March 2023 have an optimal shelf life through 2027. After the hand warmers have reached their shelf life, they do not expire completely, but gradually lose their longevity and heat intensity over time.
