Patriot Packs is a veteran-owned business dedicated to keeping people warm while giving back. We sell high-quality disposable hand warmers and donate 5% of every sale to nonprofits that support veterans in need.

Where are you located in USA?

Our company is proudly based in Hurricane, Utah. While some manufacturing components may be sourced globally, all final packaging and fulfillment are handled right here in the U.S.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or group purchases?

Yes! While our wholesale program is separate, we do offer bulk discounts for churches, schools, shelters, outdoor groups, and other organizations. Reach out to us through our contact page to request more info.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

  • 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Available at checkout for an additional fee.

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Note: During peak seasons or major holidays, there may be slight delays. We’ll always keep you in the loop if anything changes.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

However, we’re actively exploring international shipping options and hope to open up to Canada and beyond soon. If you're outside the U.S. and interested, drop us a message—we’d love to hear from you!

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

We’re based in Hurricane, Utah, and while we don’t offer a formal local pickup service just yet, feel free to reach out! For large local orders or community events, we may be able to arrange direct pickup or delivery.

What is your return policy?

Because Patriot Packs are single-use products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we stand behind the quality of every pack. If you experience any of the following:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your product did not activate properly

Please email us at [contact@uspatriotpacks.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a quick photo if applicable. We’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund—whatever is right for your situation.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

If your tracking number hasn’t updated in several days or your package is marked as “delivered” but never arrived, reach out right away. We’ll file a claim on your behalf and get things sorted as fast as possible.

What are your minimum order requirements?

Our minimum wholesale order is typically 480 pairs for only $0.62/pair of Patriot Packs hand warmer.

Larger volume tiers come with greater discounts. If you're unsure what volume fits your needs, just reach out—we’re flexible with first-time partners and seasonal buyers.

What are your wholesale prices and margins?

Wholesale pricing starts as low as $0.62 per pair, depending on quantity.

Our suggested retail price ranges from $1.79–$2.29, offering strong profit margins for most retailers.

Volume discounts, early-bird ordering, and seasonal deals are available for repeat buyers.

Can I sell Patriot Packs online?

Yes—with limitations. We allow online resale on your own website or through approved marketplaces.

Unauthorized resale on major third-party marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart is not permitted without a separate agreement.
