The Story Behind Patriot Packs
Patriot Packs was built on shared experience, mutual respect, and a mission that matters.
Founders Tyler J. Chartier and Trinity Phoenix first met in early 2012 while stationed at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, serving together as Munitions (Ammo) troops in the U.S. Air Force. Working long shifts in harsh conditions taught them both the value of reliability—whether it was in their equipment, their team, or something as simple as the warmth that helped them push through demanding days and icy cold nights.
Those early years established a professional bond and a personal trust that would follow them well beyond their military service.
After transitioning out of the Air Force, Tyler began thinking about the small, practical things that made a difference when the stakes were high. He saw an opportunity to provide a product that delivered something essential like warmth, but he also wanted that product to serve a deeper purpose.
When Tyler reconnected with Trinity years later, she had been deeply immersed in higher education, public service, and graduate studies in Communications. Trinity brought not only operational discipline but also a lifelong commitment to mission-focused work and community impact. Together, they had the complementary skills, shared values, and unwavering determination to build something meaningful.
That’s how Patriot Packs came to life—not as a company, but as a commitment to create something dependable and give back to the veteran community with purpose and integrity.
Today, Tyler and Trinity lead Patriot Packs with that same mindset. It’s not just about hand warmers. It’s about showing up, doing the right thing, and standing behind every pack and every promise.

We donate 5% of Q1 sales to charities that help veterans with prosthetic limb replacements. Every purchase helps restore independence and dignity to our nation's heroes.
Fighting Veteran Hunger
April - June
In Q2, 5% of sales go to organizations dedicated to ending veteran hunger. We believe no Veteran should face the injustice of food insecurity.
Ending Veteran Homelessness
July - September
During Q3, 5% of sales are directed to charities providing safe housing for homeless Veterans. We’re committed to ensuring those who served have a secure place to call home.
Providing Free Patriot Packs™
October - December
As the weather turns cold, 5% of Q4 sales are used to give free hand warmers to Veterans in need. This is our way of offering comfort and reminding them that their sacrifices are never forgotten.
