Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At US Patriot Packs, we strive to provide our customers with flexibility and convenience in their purchasing options. Understanding that plans and needs can change, we have established the following Purchase Options Cancellation Policy to address such situations. This policy applies to all purchase options available on our website, including but not limited to pre-orders, subscriptions, and any special or limited-time offers.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders:

Customers may cancel a pre-order item at any time before the item has been shipped. To cancel a pre-order, please contact us directly at CustomerCare@USPatriotPacks.com with your order details.
If a pre-order is canceled before it is processed for shipping, the customer will receive a full refund to their original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer's policies.

Subscription Services Cancellation:

For subscription-based purchases, customers can cancel their subscription at any time. However, to avoid charges for the upcoming delivery, customers must cancel their subscription at least 7 days before the next scheduled shipment.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account on our website or contact our customer service team at CustomerCare@USPatriotPacks.com.
Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any further shipments, and no further products will be shipped. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellation of Special or Limited-Time Offers:

Special or limited-time offers purchased on our website are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer. Unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms, customers may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After the 24-hour window, the standard cancellation policy for the specific product or service will apply.

General Cancellation Terms:

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at CustomerCare@USPatriotPacks.com with your order number and cancellation request.
If your order has already been shipped, we ask that you refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return your product for a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
